Final inspection process

Thick film testing: Measure the film thickness of various parts of the product using a film gauge, and conduct random inspections on each batch;  

Hardness testing: Compare the hardness of the pencil with the hardness of the coating, conduct random inspections on each batch, and measure the hardness temperature at the H value;  

Adhesion testing: Inspect all parts of the product, conduct random checks on each batch, and ensure that the factory controls it to 100% without detachment.
